Class = 1-7 (same class as Sakuragi Hanamichi)

Sakuragi Gundan :  

- dedicated to making a joke out of Sakuragi Hanamichi (Including Sakuragi. Well, he's the one who 'performed' all the jokes in the first place.)  

- getting head-butted by their leader when they laugh at him at the wrong time, which is usually  

- also pick fights with people they don't like; usually people who don't like them

           The most fist-soliciting face of the year. ---> 
  • Understands Sakuragi Hanamichi very well

    • - knew that he was going back for the basketball practice on the day after he walked out of a practice  
    - knew when not to antagonise him so as not to receive a comatose-causing head-butt  
    - knew when he would 'erupt' into a non-thinking violence dispenser, (although his thoughts under normal circumstances aren't too peace-loving either)  
    - knew that he didn't block Rukawa Kaede on purpose during the match with Sannoh but was standing at 45 degree on the right side of the basket which was where his jump shot was most accurate 

  • Very helpful towards his friends 

    • - explained to the dense Akagi Haruko that Sakuragi didn't fight and injure Rukawa at the rooftop, (though at the end, he did. Wonder why the girl didn't think of it. She even wanted to apologise to Sakuragi. Ah, but she is dense.)  
    - together with the rest of the Sakuragi Gundan, the most loyal and fervent supporters of Shohoku basketball team

The Upholders Of Justice 
  • Fought with Mitsui  Hisashi's gang when the latter wanted to destroy the Shohoku basketball team

  • Thought of a plan to prevent the disbanding of the Shohoku basketball team and in so doing was awarded a 3 day suspension from school
