is a female version of Aida Hikoichi. She is friendly, talkative, chirpy and gushy. But somehow, her sincerity appears discounted. She seems to have 'ulterior' motives behind some things she does.  
            For someone who tries very hard to be nice, she is astonishingly insensitive. This maybe due to her impulsiveness and dullness. Another reason is the way she 'empathises' with others. She puts other people into her own shoes rather than the other way around. Hence her understanding of others' feelings depends very much on her own opinions and feelings. 
            She is gentle, timid and generally harmless. She is the sort who requires encouragement and support to be brave. Akagi would become a better person if she comes to terms with what she really is rather than what she wishes herself to be. Thinking before speaking would probably improve her image too.
